In order to implement our Client’s entire building program, our delivery offers a designer-led, Design-Build Program. In contrast to the traditional Design/Bid/Build delivery method where the Owner enters into separate Agreements with a Designer and with a Contractor, Design-Build is a single contractual relationship between the Owner and the Design/Builder.

This single “point-of-contact” for both design and construction services simplifies the process and promotes earlier, more accurate information. The Design-Build delivery method relies on a proactive, teaming approach to balance project scope, construction cost and schedule which minimizes conflicts and expedites delivery.

Designer-led Design-Build obligates the design professional to manage the entire process. As such, we are singularly responsible.
