The construction document development and delivery!
The delivery of a project requires a substantive pre-design process which enables the client to explain their desires to us so we may be able to define the expectations revolving the completed project. In this initial conceptual design review process we are then able to identify and discover the real issue of the clients needs and desires.
As this schematic design process develops and evolves into the drawing phases, the costing is thus easily identified so that we may be able to process and identify timelines for your suggested project. These critical steps are required for each project so as to not cause disruption and costly changes in the construction development phase.
